  • A plant-based diet is based on foods derived from plants such as vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds.
  • While I choose to be completely meat, fish, egg and dairy-free, for health, ethical and environmental reasons, if you feel uncomfortable with dropping it all but are willing to be more plant- based, we can still start work together.
  • You do not need to be 100% plant-based to start this program. Just need to have the willingness to add more plants into your diet.
