HELPERS TRAINING

We all would love to eat healthy at home but either we are busy working or don’t have enough time and our house help just doesn’t understand what oil-free means. We can help you out!

Your house help will be trained in Hindi or Marathi in how to whip healthy meals for you and help you with prepping and planning. A recipe book in Hindi will also be provided.

Menu for Day 1: No chai chai, Green smoothie, Millet Upma, Kanda Bhajiya, Dahi kadi, Scrambled Tofu Bhurji, & Dal Makhani

Menu for Day 2: Buckwheat Crepes, Pad Thai salad with peanut butter dressing, Mushrooms & Pasta in white sauce, Pizza, Kheer, Raw Brownies & Ice cream
