– 1 hour session (1 X 60 minute coaching session) in which Vinita will go through your information form and prepare a diet plan for you.

You would choose this program if:
A) You need a prod in the right direction to get started on your health journey on your own OR
B) You would like to get a general idea of the diet, the way ahead, meet in-person and then decide which program (1, 2 or 3 months program) you need to sign up for.
C) Transition to a Vegan/Plant-based Lifestyle

Looking for support as you embark on the journey of a plant-based lifestyle?

I will provide you with a comprehensive plan to give you the support necessary to transition to a plant-based lifestyle to meet your health goals.

A plant-based diet is based on foods derived from plants such as vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds. A healthy plant-based diet discourages the use of denatured (processed/packaged foods) and focuses on the real deal.

While I choose to be thoroughly meat and dairy-free, for health, ethical and environmental reasons, if you feel intimidated at dropping all the animal-based foods at one go and want to work with it, I am happy to guide you.

As per Wikipedia, a plant-based diet is a diet consisting mostly or entirely of foods derived from plants, including vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds, legumes and fruits, and with few or no animal products.

Starting off on a plant-based lifestyle can seem overwhelming and time-consuming. Learning how to plan and cook meals, make the right choices when grocery shopping, and being able to still go out to all your favourite eateries is what most people struggle with when choosing a plant-based lifestyle. This program will ensure your progress and empower you to thrive in your new lifestyle.

In this program, you will receive a nutritional consultation in a single 1-hour in-person session with Vinita where you will be given:

  • Detailed understanding of the pillars of our approach- whole food plant-based diet
  • Basic nutrition plan
  • General guidelines in terms of nutrition
  • Recipe booklet
  • Resources you can access independently to help you get started in the right direction.
  • Long term recommendations
  • In case you are not based in Mumbai or India, the session can be done via Skype or Whatsapp Video call.
