Raise a healthy Vegan child- In my coaching program, you’ll be guided to give you as a mother the assistance you need to feel confident feeding your child/ children/ toddler/ infant a nutritious plant-based diet for proper growth and development.

As a mother myself, I have not just the professional expertise but my personal experience to draw from. I have raised my own children on a plant-based lifestyle for over 5 years. I walked through every step of it and am aware of all questions and insecurities arising along the way.

I will provide you not just with the facts about which areas of focus on but also share practical experiences, tips and tricks that help you in daily life.

Have a Vegan Pregnancy and/ or if you are a lactating mother- If you are looking for a pregnancy in which you are wholly relying on plant-based sources for your nutrition needs or you would like to switch to plant- lifestyle pre or post pregnancy, this is the program for you.

You will be guided on what are special food groups to focus on and how to provide yourself with all the macro and micronutrients you need at this very important phase in your life where you are responsible not just for yourself but also your baby.
